of <h1>Tripura waives late fees over Rs. 500 for delayed GSTR-10 submissions filed between April 1 and June 30, 2023.</h1> The Government of Tripura, under section 128 of the Tripura Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, has issued a notification waiving late fees exceeding five hundred rupees for registered persons who failed to submit their final return in FORM GSTR-10 by the due date. This waiver applies to those who file the return between April 1, 2023, and June 30, 2023. This decision follows the recommendations of the Council and aims to provide relief to non-filers of GSTR-10 within the specified period.
