of <h1>Kerala Extends GST Order Deadline for FY 2017-18 to 2019-20 Per Section 73(10) of State GST Act.</h1> The Government of Kerala has extended the time limit under section 73(10) of the Kerala State Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, for issuing orders under section 73(9) related to the recovery of unpaid or short-paid taxes or wrongly availed input tax credits. The extensions apply as follows: for the financial year 2017-18 until December 31, 2023; for 2018-19 until March 31, 2024; and for 2019-20 until June 30, 2024. This modification follows recommendations from the 49th Goods and Services Tax Council and is effective from March 31, 2023.
