of <h1>Mizoram Extends GST Order Deadlines: New Dates for 2017-2020 Tax Recovery u/s 168A Announced.</h1> The Government of Mizoram has issued a notification extending the time limits under Section 168A of the Mizoram Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, for issuing orders related to tax recovery. This extension applies to cases of unpaid or short-paid taxes and wrongly availed or utilized input tax credits. The new deadlines for issuing such orders are December 31, 2023, for the financial year 2017-18; March 31, 2024, for the financial year 2018-19; and June 30, 2024, for the financial year 2019-20. This decision follows recommendations from the Council.
