<h1>Correction in Competition (Amendment) Act 2023: Replace 'Explanation' with 'Explanation 1' on page 19, line 39.</h1> In the Competition (Amendment) Act, 2023, a corrigendum has been issued by the Ministry of Law and Justice. The amendment, originally published on April 11, 2023, in the Gazette of India, required a correction on page 19, line 39. The term 'Explanation' should be replaced with 'Explanation 1.' This correction was officially noted on April 26, 2023, by the Special Secretary to the Government of India.
