of <h1>Haryana Extends GST Tax Recovery Deadlines: 2017-18 to Dec 31, 2023; 2018-19 to Mar 31, 2024; 2019-20 to Jun 30, 2024.</h1> The Haryana Government's Excise and Taxation Department has amended a previous notification to extend the limitation period under section 168A of the Haryana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The extension applies to the issuance of orders for tax recovery for specific financial years. For the financial year 2017-18, the deadline is extended to December 31, 2023; for 2018-19, to March 31, 2024; and for 2019-20, to June 30, 2024. This decision was made following the recommendations of the Council and is part of a series of modifications to previous notifications.
