of <h1>Puducherry GST Update: New Item 'Rab, Other Than Pre-Packaged and Labelled' Added to Schedule Under S.No. 94.</h1> The Government of Puducherry has issued an amendment to Notification No. 2/2017-Puducherry GST (Rate), dated 29th June 2017, under Notification No. 4/2023-Puducherry GST (Rate), effective from 1st March 2023. This amendment, authorized by the Lieutenant-Governor under the Puducherry Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, adds a new item to the existing schedule. Specifically, it inserts the item 'Rab, other than pre-packaged and labelled' under S.No. 94 in the schedule. This change is made in the public interest following recommendations from the Council.
