of <h1>Puducherry amends GST Notification 13/2017 to include Courts and Tribunals in clause (h) explanation, effective March 2023.</h1> The Government of Puducherry has issued an amendment to Notification No. 13/2017-Puducherry GST (Rate) dated June 29, 2017, under the Puducherry Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. This amendment, effective from March 1, 2023, modifies the Explanation in clause (h) of the original notification by replacing the words 'and State Legislatures' with 'State Legislatures, Courts and Tribunals.' This change was made on the recommendation of the Council and is formalized by the order of the Lieutenant-Governor, with implementation overseen by the Commissioner-cum-Secretary to Government (Finance).
