of <h1>Chhattisgarh Amends GST Rates on Animal Feed, Adds New Entries for Pulse Husk and Concentrates Effective December 2022.</h1> The Government of Chhattisgarh has issued Notification No. 13/2022 to amend Notification No. 02/2017-State Tax (Rate) under the Chhattisgarh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The amendment modifies the entry for aquatic, poultry, and cattle feed, including grass, hay, straw, supplements, additives, wheat bran, and de-oiled cake, excluding rice bran. Additionally, a new entry is added for husk of pulses, concentrates, and khanda. This amendment is effective from the date specified in Notification No. 12/2022-Central Tax (Rate) dated December 30, 2022, and is issued by the Secretary of the Commercial Tax Department.
