of <h1>Maharashtra Amends GST Notification to Include 'Rab, Other Than Pre-packaged and Labelled' Effective March 1, 2023.</h1> The Government of Maharashtra has issued Notification No. 4/2023 under the Maharashtra Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, amending Notification No. 02/2017-State Tax (Rate) dated June 29, 2017. Effective March 1, 2023, this amendment adds a new entry in the Schedule under S. No. 94, specifically including 'Rab, other than pre-packaged and labelled.' This notification was made in the public interest following the Council's recommendations and is published in the Maharashtra Government Gazette.
