of <h1>Haryana Amends GST Notification: Changes to Essential Oils Entries Effective January 2023 Under Notification No. 38/GST-2.</h1> The Haryana Government has amended Notification No. 38/GST-2 from June 30, 2017, under the Haryana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. Effective from January 1, 2023, the amendment replaces the entries for serial number 3A in the original notification. The new entries specify certain essential oils, excluding those from citrus fruits, such as peppermint and various mint oils, applicable to any unregistered or registered person. This amendment was issued by the Excise and Taxation Department on January 12, 2023, under the authority of the Governor of Haryana, following the Council's recommendations.
