of <h1>Rajasthan GST Act Update: Essential Oils Classification Amended, Excludes Citrus Oils, Effective January 2023.</h1> The Government of Rajasthan has amended its notification dated June 29, 2017, under the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. Effective January 1, 2023, changes have been made to the entries related to essential oils in the notification's table. Specifically, the amendment substitutes the previous entries for S. No. 3A with new classifications for essential oils, excluding those of citrus fruits. These include peppermint and various mint oils. The amendment applies to transactions involving any unregistered or registered person.
