of <h1>Karnataka amends GST Notification: Essential Oils, including Peppermint and Mint Oils, Revised from January 1, 2023.</h1> The Government of Karnataka has issued an amendment to Notification No. FD 48 CSL 2017, dated June 29, 2017, under the Karnataka Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. Effective January 1, 2023, the amendment revises entries for S. No. 3A in the notification's table, specifying essential oils other than citrus fruit oils, including peppermint and various mint oils. The amendment applies to transactions involving both unregistered and registered persons. This update follows previous amendments, with the last one being Notification No. FD 55 CSL 2021, dated September 30, 2021.
