<h1>Nagaland amends GST notification, effective July 18, 2022; changes rate to 6% u/s 11 of Nagaland GST Act.</h1> The Government of Nagaland has issued an amendment to the notification dated 30th June 2017 under the Nagaland Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. This amendment, effective from 18th July 2022, modifies the entry in the table against serial number 1, changing the specified rate to '6%.' This change is made under the authority of section 11 of the Nagaland GST Act, based on the recommendations of the Council.
