of <h1>Goa Government Reconstitutes GST Appellate Authority with New Members Effective Immediately Under Goa GST Act 2017.</h1> The Government of Goa has issued a notification superseding the previous notification dated 17th June 2020, under the Goa Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The notification reconstitutes the Appellate Authority, comprising the Additional Commissioner of State Tax-I for North Goa, the Additional Commissioner of State Tax-II for South Goa, and the Deputy Commissioner of State Tax (Legal) for the entire state. This reconstitution is effective immediately, as per the authority of the Commissioner of State Tax.
