of <h1>Sikkim Amends GST Notification: Fly Ash Bricks, Aggregates, and Blocks Now Included in Serial Number 4 Entry.</h1> The Government of Sikkim has issued an amendment to Notification No. 14/2019-State Tax, dated March 7, 2019, under the Sikkim Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. Effective from July 18, 2022, the amendment changes the entry in the table against serial number 4 to 'Fly ash bricks; Fly ash aggregates; Fly ash blocks.' This modification is made based on the recommendations of the Council and is issued by the Commercial Taxes Division of the Finance Department.
