of <h1>Delhi GST Notification Update: Amendments on Pre-Packaged Items Including Curd, Lassi, and Sugar Effective July 18, 2022.</h1> The notification amends Notification No. 2/2017-State Tax (Rate) under the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. Effective from July 18, 2022, the amendments primarily replace references to items 'other than those put up in' with 'other than pre-packaged and labelled' across various schedule entries. Specific items such as curd, lassi, buttermilk, jaggery, and khandsari sugar are affected. Additionally, certain serial numbers and their entries are omitted. The term 'pre-packaged and labelled' is defined as per the Legal Metrology Act, 2009. The changes were made on the recommendation of the Council and issued by the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi.
