of <h1>Delhi GST Notification Amended: New Serial Numbers for Oils and Fuels Effective July 2022.</h1> The notification amends Notification No. 5/2017-State Tax (Rate) dated 30th June 2017, under the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The amendments, effective from 18th July 2022, involve changes to the serial numbers in the notification's provisions. Specifically, 'serial numbers 1' is replaced with 'serial numbers 1AA,' and new entries for various oils and fuels are introduced, including soya-bean oil, ground-nut oil, olive oil, palm oil, sunflower-seed oil, coconut oil, rape oil, and coal products. These changes are authorized by the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi on the Council's recommendation.
