of <h1>Odisha GST Rules Amended: Reporting Period for FORM GSTR-9 Extended to October 2022, Filing by November 30, 2022.</h1> The Odisha Goods and Services Tax (Third Amendment) Rules, 2022, enacted by the State Government under section 164 of the Odisha GST Act, 2017, introduces amendments to the Odisha GST Rules, 2017. Effective upon publication in the Odisha Gazette, these amendments revise the instructions in FORM GSTR-9. Specifically, the reporting period for certain figures and words is extended from 'April, 2022 to September, 2022' to 'April, 2022 to October, 2022' with filings accepted up to 30th November, 2022. These changes apply to serial numbers 10, 11, 12, and 13 in the form's table.
