of <h1>Chhattisgarh Amends GST Notification: Adds New Entries for Oils, Fats, and Fuels Effective July 18, 2022.</h1> The Government of Chhattisgarh has issued an amendment to Notification No. 5/2017-State Tax (Rate), dated 28th June 2017, under the Chhattisgarh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. Effective from 18th July 2022, the amendment modifies the serial numbers in the notification, re-numbering S. No. 1 to S. No. 1AA, and introduces new entries for various oils, fats, and fuels, including soybean oil, groundnut oil, olive oil, palm oil, and coal. These changes are made following the recommendations of the Council, as authorized by the relevant provisions of the Act.
