of <h1>Chhattisgarh Amends State Tax Notification to Include Fly Ash Bricks, Aggregates, and Blocks, Effective July 18, 2022.</h1> The Government of Chhattisgarh has issued Notification No. 15/2022-State Tax to amend Notification No. 10/2019-State Tax dated March 11, 2019. Under the authority of the Chhattisgarh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, and based on the Council's recommendations, the amendment modifies the entry in the table against serial number 4, replacing it with 'Fly ash bricks; Fly ash aggregates; Fly ash blocks.' This amendment is retroactively effective from July 18, 2022, as ordered by the Principal Secretary on behalf of the Governor of Chhattisgarh.
