of <h1>Himachal Pradesh enforces Section 13 of GST Amendment Ordinance 2022, effective from July 5.</h1> The Government of Himachal Pradesh, through its State Taxes and Excise Department, has issued Notification No. 9/2022-State Tax. This notification, dated November 3, 2022, announces the enforcement of section 13 of the Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services (Amendment) Ordinance, 2022. The Governor has designated July 5, 2022, as the effective date for these provisions. The notification is authorized by the Principal Secretary of State Taxes and Excise.
