of <h1>Mizoram Extends GST Deadline for Goods Sent Abroad for Sale or Return to October 31, 2020, u/s 168A.</h1> The Government of Mizoram has amended Notification No. 35/2020-State Tax, dated July 8, 2020, under the Mizoram Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. This amendment, effective September 28, 2020, extends the deadline for completing or complying with actions related to goods sent or taken out of India on approval for sale or return. Initially set between March 20, 2020, and October 30, 2020, the deadline is now extended to October 31, 2020. This change is made under the authority of section 168A of the Mizoram GST Act, 2017, and related provisions of the Integrated and Union Territory GST Acts.
