of <h1>West Bengal extends GSTR-3B filing deadline for September 2022 to October 21, 2022 under GST Act.</h1> The Government of West Bengal, through the Directorate of Commercial Taxes, has issued a notification extending the deadline for filing FORM GSTR-3B for September 2022. The due date has been extended to October 21, 2022. This extension is authorized by the Commissioner of State Tax under the West Bengal Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, following recommendations from the Council. The notification is effective from October 21, 2022.
