of <h1>Goa Finance Department Extends GSTR-3B Return Deadline for September 2022 to October 21, 2022 u/s 39.</h1> The Government of Goa's Department of Finance has issued a notification extending the deadline for submitting the FORM GSTR-3B return for September 2022. The new due date is set for October 21, 2022. This extension is made under the authority granted by the Goa Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, following recommendations from the Council. The extension applies to registered individuals required to file returns under Section 39 and Rule 61 of the Goa GST Rules, 2017. The notification was issued by the Commissioner of State Tax, Goa, on October 21, 2022.
