of <h1>Gujarat Govt Sets October 1, 2022, as Start Date for GST Amendment Act Provisions via Notification No. 18/2022.</h1> The Government of Gujarat has issued Notification No. 18/2022-State Tax, dated September 30, 2022, under the Gujarat Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. Exercising its powers under sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Gujarat Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2022, the government has designated October 1, 2022, as the effective date for the implementation of all provisions of the Amendment Act. The notification is issued by the Finance Department, Sachivalaya, Gandhinagar, in the name of the Governor of Gujarat.
