of <h1>Jharkhand Revises GST Notification to Include Fly Ash Products Retroactively from July 2022 u/s 15/2022.</h1> The Government of Jharkhand has issued Notification No. 15/2022 - State Tax, dated 30th September 2022, to amend Notification No. 10/2019-State Tax from 26th April 2019. Under the authority of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, this amendment modifies the entry against serial number 4 in the notification table to include 'Fly ash bricks; Fly ash aggregates; Fly ash blocks.' This change is retroactively effective from 18th July 2022. The amendment was made following recommendations from the Council and was ordered by the Secretary of the Commercial Taxes Department.
