of <h1>Jharkhand Govt Amends State Tax Notification; Updates Fly Ash Brick Entries Under GST Act 2017, Effective July 2022.</h1> The Jharkhand Government has issued Notification No. 16/2022 - State Tax, amending Notification No. 14/2019-State Tax, dated 26th April 2019. This amendment, effective from 18th July 2022, involves changes in the TABLE of the original notification. Specifically, the entry for serial number 4 in column (3) is replaced with 'Fly ash bricks; Fly ash aggregates; Fly ash blocks.' This change is made under the authority of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, following the Council's recommendations. The amendment was published in the Jharkhand Gazette, Extraordinary, and is ordered by the Governor of Jharkhand.
