of <h1>Chhattisgarh Amends GST Notification: Updates Entries, Adds Tender Coconut Water, Omits Entry 101 Effective January 2022.</h1> The Government of Chhattisgarh issued an amendment to Notification No. 2/2017-State Tax (Rate) under the Chhattisgarh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. Effective from January 1, 2022, the changes include updates to the tax schedule: substituting entries for serial numbers 22, 43B, 49, and 141, adding new entry 97A for tender coconut water with specific conditions, and omitting entry 101. These amendments were made following the recommendations of the GST Council and are published by the Commercial Tax Department of Chhattisgarh.
