of <h1>Madhya Pradesh to Enforce GST Amendment Act 2022 Sections 2-15 (Excluding 13) from October 1, 2022.</h1> The Madhya Pradesh State Government has announced that provisions of Sections 2 to 15, excluding Section 13, of the Madhya Pradesh Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2022, will be enforced starting October 1, 2022. This notification, issued by the Commercial Tax Department in Bhopal, is authorized under the powers granted by clause (b) of sub-section (2) of Section 1 of the Amendment Act. The order is issued in the name of the Governor of Madhya Pradesh by the Deputy Secretary.
