of <h1>Delhi amends GST Notification for payment details: Submit FORM GST CMP-08 for Q2 2022 by July 31.</h1> The Lieutenant Governor of Delhi, under section 148 of the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, has amended Notification No. 21/2019-State Tax. This amendment requires specified individuals to submit a statement detailing the payment of self-assessed tax in FORM GST CMP-08 for the quarter ending June 30, 2022, by July 31, 2022. This amendment is made following recommendations from the Council and is documented in Notification No. 11/2022-State Tax, issued on October 4, 2022.
