of <h1>Jammu and Kashmir Amends GST Notification: Tax Rate for Serial No. 1 Adjusted to 6%, Effective July 18, 2022.</h1> The Government of Jammu and Kashmir, exercising its powers under the Jammu and Kashmir Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, has amended Notification No. SRO - GST-3 dated 08.07.2017. Specifically, in the table of the original notification, the entry in column (4) against Serial No. 1 is changed to '6%.' This amendment is effective retroactively from July 18, 2022.
