of <h1>Jammu and Kashmir Rescinds GST Notification SRO-GST-26 Effective Retroactively from July 18, 2022; Past Actions Unaffected.</h1> The Government of Jammu and Kashmir, exercising powers under the Jammu and Kashmir Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, has rescinded the notification SRO-GST-26 (Rate) dated November 15, 2017. This decision, made on the recommendation of the Council, does not affect actions taken or omitted before the rescission. The rescission is effective retroactively from July 18, 2022.
