of <h1>Jammu & Kashmir Amends GST Notification; FORM GST CMP-08 Due July 31 for Q2 2022 Tax Payments.</h1> The Government of Jammu and Kashmir amended Notification No. SRO 436 dated July 8, 2019, under the Jammu and Kashmir Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The amendment requires specified persons to submit a statement detailing the payment of self-assessed tax in FORM GST CMP-08 for the quarter ending June 30, 2022, by July 31, 2022. This amendment is effective from July 5, 2022.
