of <h1>Jammu & Kashmir Updates GST Act: Fly Ash Bricks, Aggregates, Blocks Amended Retroactively Effective July 18, 2022.</h1> The Government of Jammu and Kashmir has amended notification No. SRO 207 dated March 18, 2019, as read with SO 182 dated April 19, 2022, under the Jammu and Kashmir Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The amendment involves replacing the entry in column (3) for serial number 4 in the table with 'Fly ash bricks; Fly ash aggregates; Fly ash blocks.' This amendment is effective retroactively from July 18, 2022. The notification is issued by the Finance Department, signed by the Financial Commissioner to the Government.
