of <h1>Telangana Amends Notification No. 11/2017 Under GST Act; Modifies Service Descriptions Effective January 2022.</h1> The Telangana State Government has issued an amendment to Notification No. 11/2017 - State Tax (Rate) under the Telangana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. This amendment, effective from January 1, 2022, modifies the description of services in the notification's table. Specifically, it replaces references to 'Union territory, a local authority, a Governmental Authority or a Government Entity' with 'Union territory or a local authority' in certain items. Additionally, conditions associated with specific items are omitted. This change was made in the public interest following the recommendations of the Council.
