of <h1>West Bengal Amends GST Composition Scheme: Fly Ash Bricks, Aggregates, and Blocks Included Retroactively from July 18, 2022.</h1> The Government of West Bengal has issued Notification No. 1392-F.T. dated August 23, 2022, to amend Notification No. 380-F.T. dated March 7, 2019, concerning the composition scheme under the West Bengal Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The amendment involves replacing the entry in column (3) against serial number 4 in the TABLE with 'Fly ash bricks; Fly ash aggregates; Fly ash blocks.' This amendment is effective retrospectively from July 18, 2022, as per the powers conferred under the Act and on the recommendations of the Council.
