of <h1>Puducherry amends GST rate notification to include fly ash bricks, aggregates, and blocks effective July 18, 2022.</h1> The Government of Puducherry issued an amendment to Notification G.O. Ms. No.2/2022-Puducherry GST (Rate) dated 31st March 2022, under the authority of the Puducherry Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. Effective from 18th July 2022, the amendment modifies the entry in the notification's table against Sl. No. 1, replacing it with 'Fly ash bricks; Fly ash aggregates; Fly ash blocks.' This change was made on the recommendation of the Council and is documented in G.O. Ms. No. 10/2022-Puducherry GST (Rate) dated 16th July 2022.
