of <h1>Maharashtra Amends GST Notification: Fly Ash Bricks, Aggregates, and Blocks Included from July 18, 2022.</h1> Notification No. 16/2022-State Tax by the Government of Maharashtra amends Notification No. 14/2019-State Tax dated March 7, 2019, under the Maharashtra Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The amendment, effective from July 18, 2022, changes the entry in the notification's table for serial number 4 to include 'Fly ash bricks; Fly ash aggregates; Fly ash blocks.' This adjustment was made following recommendations from the Council and is published in the Maharashtra Government Gazette. The notification is issued by the Deputy Secretary to the Government, in the name of the Governor of Maharashtra.
