of <h1>Puducherry Amends GST Rate to 6% for S. No. 1 Entry, Effective July 18, 2022, per Notification .O. Ms. No. 3/2017.</h1> The Government of Puducherry, through the Commercial Taxes Secretariat, has issued a notification to amend the previous notification G.O. Ms. No. 3/2017-Puducherry GST (Rate) dated 29th June 2017. Under the authority of the Puducherry Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, the amendment changes the entry in column (4) against S. No. 1 in the TABLE to '6%.' This amendment, recommended by the Council and ordered by the Lieutenant-Governor, will take effect on July 18, 2022.
