of <h1>Himachal Pradesh Waives Late Fee for Delayed FORM GSTR-4 Filing (FY 2021-22) u/s 47, GST Act 2017.</h1> The Government of Himachal Pradesh, through Notification No. 7/2022-State Tax, amends Notification No. 73/2017-State Tax under the Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The amendment, effective from July 4, 2022, introduces a proviso waiving the late fee for delays in filing FORM GSTR-4 for the financial year 2021-22. This waiver applies to the period from May 1, 2022, to June 30, 2022, as per section 47 of the Act, based on recommendations from the GST Council.
