of <h1>Tamil Nadu Governor Revokes 2017 GST Notification u/s 11(1), Effective From July 18, 2022.</h1> The Governor of Tamil Nadu, following the Council's recommendations, rescinds Notification No. II(2)/CTR/917(e-5)/2017 dated 14th November 2017, issued by the Commercial Taxes and Registration Department under the Tamil Nadu Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. This action is taken under the authority of Section 11(1) of the Act. The rescission is effective from 18th July 2022, but does not affect actions taken or omitted before this date. The notification is issued by the Secretary to the Government, Tamil Nadu.
