of <h1>Himachal Pradesh Rescinds 2017 State Tax Notification Effective July 18, 2022, Under GST Act.</h1> The Government of Himachal Pradesh, through the State Taxes and Excise Department, has issued Notification No. 11/2022-State Tax (Rate), dated July 18, 2022. This notification rescinds Notification No. 45/2017-State Tax (Rate) from November 15, 2017, under the authority of the Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The rescission is effective from July 18, 2022, but does not affect actions taken or omitted under the previous notification before this date. The order was issued by the Principal Secretary of State Taxes and Excise.
