of <h1>Bihar Amends GST Notification: Changes to Fly Ash Products Effective July 18, 2022, per Notification No. 10/2022.</h1> Notification No. 10/2022 issued by the Commercial Tax Department of Bihar on July 15, 2022, amends Notification No. 2/2022-State Tax (Rate) dated March 31, 2022. Under the authority of the Bihar Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, and following the Council's recommendations, the amendment modifies the entry in the table against Sl. No. 1 to substitute 'Fly ash bricks; Fly ash aggregates; Fly ash blocks.' This amendment is scheduled to take effect on July 18, 2022, as authorized by the Governor of Bihar and executed by the Commissioner of State Tax.
