of <h1>Haryana amends GST notification to include fly ash bricks, aggregates, and blocks under serial number 4. Effective July 18, 2022.</h1> The Haryana Government's Excise and Taxation Department issued a notification amending a previous notification (No. 31/GST-2) under the Haryana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. Effective from July 18, 2022, the amendment specifically alters the entry related to serial number 4 in the table of the original notification. The revised entry now includes 'Fly ash bricks; Fly ash aggregates; Fly ash blocks.' This amendment was made under the authority granted by the proviso to sub-section (1) of section 10 of the HGST Act, 2017, following the Council's recommendations.
