of <h1>Rajasthan Extends Deadline for FORM GST CMP-08 Submission to July 31, 2022, u/s 148 of GST Act 2017.</h1> The Government of Rajasthan has amended a previous notification to extend the deadline for submitting FORM GST CMP-08 for the quarter ending June 30, 2022. Taxpayers are now required to furnish this statement, which includes details of self-assessed tax payments, by July 31, 2022. This extension is made under the authority of section 148 of the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, following recommendations from the Council.
