of <h1>Revised Tariff Values Announced for Oils, Metals, and Goods in Notification No. 62/2022-Customs (N.T.) Effective July 16, 2022.</h1> The Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs has issued Notification No. 62/2022-Customs (N.T.), amending the tariff values for various goods under the Customs Act, 1962. Effective from July 16, 2022, the revised tariff values include crude palm oil at $1,171 per metric tonne, RBD palm oil at $1,346, crude soyabean oil at $1,460, and brass scrap at $4,813. Gold is set at $548 per 10 grams, and silver at $611 per kilogram. Areca nuts remain unchanged at $7,065 per metric tonne. These amendments update the previous notification from August 3, 2001.
