of <h1>India Amends Tax Rates for Fly Ash Products Under Union Territory GST Act 2017, Effective July 18, 2022.</h1> The Government of India has issued Notification No. 10/2022-Union Territory Tax (Rate), amending Notification No. 02/2022 dated March 31, 2022. Under the Union Territory Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, and based on the Council's recommendations, the amendment substitutes the entry for 'Fly ash bricks; Fly ash aggregates; Fly ash blocks' in the table against Sl. No. 1. This amendment will take effect on July 18, 2022.
