of <h1>India Amends Tax Notification to Include Fly Ash Bricks and Aggregates Under GST Act Effective July 18, 2022.</h1> The Government of India, through the Ministry of Finance's Department of Revenue, issued Notification No. 04/2022-Union Territory Tax on July 13, 2022. This notification amends Notification No. 02/2017-Union Territory Tax, dated June 27, 2017. Specifically, it modifies the entry in the notification's table for serial number 4 to include 'Fly ash bricks; Fly ash aggregates; Fly ash blocks.' This amendment, made under the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, and the Union Territory Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, will take effect on July 18, 2022.
