of <h1>India amends GST rules to include fly ash products in composition scheme u/s 10, effective July 18, 2022.</h1> The Government of India has issued Notification No. 16/2022-Central Tax, amending Notification No. 14/2019-Central Tax, to include 'Fly ash bricks; Fly ash aggregates; Fly ash blocks' in the composition scheme under section 10 of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. This amendment is effective from July 18, 2022. The notification was made under the authority of the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, following the recommendations of the GST Council. The principal notification was last amended on March 31, 2022.
