of <h1>Sikkim Extends E-Way Bill Validity Until May 31, 2020, for Bills Expiring Between March 20 and April 15, 2020.</h1> The Government of Sikkim has amended Notification No. 35/2020-State Tax dated April 3, 2020, under the Sikkim Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The amendment, effective from May 5, 2020, extends the validity of e-way bills generated on or before March 24, 2020. If the validity expired between March 20, 2020, and April 15, 2020, it is now extended until May 31, 2020. This amendment was made following recommendations from the Council and is issued by the Commercial Taxes Division of the Finance Department, Sikkim.
